If you wish to fax an order:

Please include:
1.- Full Name of Cardholder and telephone number to verify.
2.- Your Billing Address (must be exactly as is on your credit card billing statements / as registered at the issuer of the card).
3.- Your Credit Card Number and expiration date.
4.- The name and complete address where you wish the product to be delivered (not a P.O. Box).
5.- The order: number of jars or bottles and name of product(s).
6.- If you wish to know the cost of shipping please look at the shopping cart drop down menu and according to the shipping method for your destination (e.g. Standard USA 48 lower States, P.O. Boxes Milatary, FedEx Ground to Canada, DHL to Europe (EU), Certain Asian Countries, Australia, etc, and Other Countries)
7.- If the shipping address is different than the billing address you must send the security code of your credit card, sign the form and include a copy of your ID and credit card (both sides).

Mailing an order and including payment.

If you wish to send us the same information as above by mail, including your payment by money order or a cashiers check (issued by the bank not from your own bank account). WE can not accept cash and will not be responsible if you loose cash you send. Please mail your order (and add proof of delivery service at the Post Office) to our address as seen below at this page. Allow at least 15-20 days for the delivery of the goods (for the mail to reach us, clearance of your payment, and processing times). To calculate the total with shipping please go to the home page and check the cost at the shopping cart by selecting the destination in the drop down menu in there, just below the price of the product, or call us.
