Sorry if you have already ordered and then decide to change your mind and no longer wish to use the product, or if your doctor has advised you to use some other procedure. No orders can be cancelled. Orders may be cancelled if we agree to change the product you ordered for a different product and only if it has not been shipped yet.

All products that have been out of our control will be disposed away if returned to us, we will not re-sell them.

Return Number & Return Address.
We will e-mail you a return number and an address where you must send back all the empty or unopened jars. We will promptly process the refund when we receive the jar(s). We do not refund shipping costs unless we have incurred in a shipping error. We deduct $9 for each item returned to cover processing costs.

If you return a product to our third party fulfillment center in Ohio or to our address in Nevada without previously asking us for a return number by e-mail we are sorry but will not refund your order.

If you request a return number by e-mail please be assured we will e-mail you back with both the return number (usually your order number) and the address of the fulfillment center where you must return the empty or un-used jars. If you keep e-mailing us requesting such it must be because you are not receiving our e-mail in response. This may happen if you use free e-mail accounts with hotmail, yahoo, excite or the like. For those are temporarily disabled if you do not use them regularly or when your e-mail box is full. The message to you may or may not return to us as undeliverable. If we receive an undeliverable message or if we get repeat e-mail from you concerning the return of your order we will call you. You can also call us at 1-702-947-0567.

We are not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that the returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS with certified delivery proof, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Re-Shipping Policy and Cost of Re-Delivery
If we have to re-ship an order (or refund your money due to your error) a charge of $6.00 plus the cost of re-shipping (if applicable) will be charged if you are responsible for a wrong address. Additionally, the cost of sending the product back to us will be deducted from your refund if nobody is at your address to receive the shipment from UPS, DHL or any other carrier and sign for it, if that is requested by the carrier, and you are unable or not willing to pick the parcel at the carrier's office after delivery has been attempted and nobody was at your home. Please be aware that when parcels are sent by Express delivery if the parcel can not be delivered by the carrier because there is nobody at your address, after only two attempts, they will send it back to our warehouse.

If you do not want the parcel to be redelivered to you we will deduct from your refund the cost of shipping plus the same (Standard or Express) for the cost of receiving back the product at our warehouse, plus $6 for processing the return. We can not accept that you refuse delivery of a parcel because delivery by the carrier is late. In such case we will not refund your order.

Product Damaged. It is your obligation to check the product(s) upon reception and to inform the carrier and let us know within 24 hours if you have any claims regarding damaged products, for us to ask for compensation from the carrier and to send a replacement to you as soon as possible if appropiate.

Please Note: Re-orders of BIOSKINCARE or BIOSKINCLEAR are not refundable, only first time orders and for up to two units. We have to protect ourselves from abusing of the guarantee and will not refund re-orders. Nor will we refund orders if you request to return it before you have used the product for at least 4 weeks. If you use BIOSKINCLEAR for acne please be careful with the use of cosmetics (even those alleged to be non-comedogenic or not acne prone) and with certain birth control pills we list at this link for they may aggravate acne.
