Scars are slowly disappearing, and no new growth in their place. I guess the operative term is, 'SLOWLY'; but then that can probably be attributed to our modern desire for the instant fix. And, being that I was repeatedly told by 'medical authorities' that nothing could be done and that I just had to live with it, I really can't complain.
