How to Lose 10 Pounds Without The Effort
A lot of people love cheesecake, but they would also love to know how to lose 10 pounds. What if we could have both? Sorry, no, it doesn't quite work that way. However, you can actually lose 10 pounds without climbing 756 steps a day, or running 12 miles. So what's the magical secret? In a word, sprouts.

So, here's how to lose 10 pounds with veggies. Don't worry, you can eat meat too, but it has to be very lean meat. Fish and poultry, for example. It has to be in small portions, no more than 2 to 3 ounces, and it can't be more than once a day. You are probably making threatening remarks to the computer screen right now, aren't you? Don't worry, I am not going to starve you.
Whenever you get hungry, munch on some veggies. You can eat them all day long if you want to. Go for spinach, lettuce, turnip greens, cabbage, and other leafy greens. This will keep you from being hungry, and it is a very easy way to learn how to lose 10 pounds quickly.
You should drink lots (and I mean lots) of water while you're on this diet. It shouldn't last more than a couple of weeks.
You should follow this diet if you're desperate to lose some weight in time for a wedding or some other special event-- especially if you bought the perfect little dress for the occasion. You won't hurt any major organs, and you'll look great. Not only will you be able to shed some extra pounds, your mother will be impressed with you for eating all those healthy veggies!
Eat all those veggies and stick with it, and you'll lose 10 pounds quickly. Just remember that one to two weeks is plenty, and then you go back to eating regular people food and not food fit for a turtle! Good luck.
