Superfoods: 14 Life-Enhancing Foods

Could there be anything else less than life-giving to beans and legumes, berries like blueberries, broccoli, green tea, nuts like walnuts, oranges, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, tomatoes, turkey, whole grains and oats, and yogurt? These plants are examples of foods that help prevent illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and some forms of cancer. These foods are getting known more and more as 'superfoods,' and they have far lesser calories than the most food in our refs and dinner tables, but are richer in vitamins and minerals, and many are packed with antioxidants that raise the body's immunity levels. Some dietary studies lately have shown that these very specific 14 foods have always promoted a true sense of well-being. With these 14 foods as the roots of a balanced, full diet, you can finally rid yourself of those trendy weight loss pseudo-programs and so-called diets that fold up sooner or later. The problem with an unbalanced diet is that its hazards match the number of a healthy one's benefits. Thus, to invite malnutrition means to open the Pandora's Box of lack of energy, irritability, a weakened immune system leading to frequent colds or allergies, and mineral depletion that can unleash crucial health concerns like anemia. More indications of a diet in need of shaping up are low energy levels, mood swings, persistent tiredness, weight swings, and bodily discomforts.
